Fellowship with the family of God and with God Himself is one of the greatest blessings of being a Christian. Fellowship is something that is shared by all faithful Christians the world over. True Christian fellowship is not just pot-luck dinners, youth activities and social get-togethers. True fellowship goes beyond mere social activity. True fellowship is found in unity of the heart, spirit, and understanding which can only come from a mutual acceptance of Biblical authority and a mutual love for the truth.

The Topeka First Christian Church has a large active congregation which creates a number of formal fellowship opportunities and even more informal opportunities.  Our calendar lists scheduled Disciples Women Fellowship meetings, congregational meetings and meals, and other formal fellowship opportunities. All of our adult Bible study classes are great places to learn and share Biblical knowledge and Christian experiences, and get to know folks. Also, before, between, and following worship services each Sunday, a different congregational group hosts snacks in Unity Hall, which is a great chance to meet other Christian adults.

Finally, our newsletters, Sunday bulletin inserts, and Connie's daily message often include invitations to church or church member celebrations.  If you ever have concerns about childcare during a church-sponsored activity, just contact the church office in advance and we will try to arrange childcare or let you know available options. Christian fellowship is an important part of growing as a Christian and in developing a deeper and more satisfying relationship with God.
