Christian Education at FCC
Nursery Center  
  • A nursery staffed by an attendant is available for infants up through 3 year olds during the church school hour. During both worship services the nursery is available for infants up through 5 year olds.
Becky Coffman is our nursery supervisor.  SHe is CPR certified and has over 12 years experience working in a church nursery environment.
Children's Center - CrossWalk Kids
  • Chidren's classs (3 year olds to 5th grade) are located in the north children's center.  FaithWeaver curriculum by Group Publishing is used in our children's classes.

Youth Center - Sanctuary Basement
  • Middle School and High School classes are located in the basement of the sanctuary.  LinC, a youth curriculum by Cokesbury, is used in our youth classes.

  • 9th - 12th grades: Ann Michel, Louis Broadhead
Adult Education Center
Day by Day Class: This class is a mixed-age group currently studying Great People. It is facilitated by Connie Skinner.
 
  • The Eclectic Disciples: The principle area of study for this class is Christian life in American culture. The class is a mixed age group with lots of loving, healthy constructive dissidence.
  •  
  • The Genesis Class: This class is taught on a rotating basis by members of the class and the principal area of study is applied discipleship; currently studying from "The Present Word." The class consists of mixed ages who share concerns, blessings and prayer support.
  •  
  • The J.O.Y. Class: This mixed-age class is taught by Tom Laing that studies the Bible's application to daily life; currently using the "The Present Word" series.

  • The Seekers Class: A self-taught class involved in the church and the community with an emphasis on outreach in our community.

  • The Elevate Class: This class, taught by Brett Martin, is for 20/30 something's and college age who gather for fellowship and discussion.
  •  
  • Fellowship Hall

    The Builders Class: This class is taught on a rotating basis by members of the class and uses various resources for thought-provoking discussions. They meet in the south section of Fellowship Hall.

  • The Good Fellowship Class: This class is taught by Phil Shideler and their principle area of study is "The Present Word" series. They meet in the north section of Fellowship Hall.
